This beautiful wedding took place at the historic residence Relais La Suvera, situated in the enchanting Chianti countryside between Siena and Florence. The venue is outstanding, the perfect setting for an intimate and elegant wedding. The bride and the groom got ready in the two different stuites that are really worthy of museum status, with their sumptuous canopied beds and filled with oil paintings, tapestries, ancient sculptures and precious chinaware. Such a perfect backdrop for photos! The people and the overall atmosphere were beautiful, so joyful and emotional, which provided great scenes and situations we thoroughly enjoyed capturing. The ceremony was held in its quaint church, followed by a welcome hour accompanied by a lively band playing folk music in the outdoor Lemon Garden, and the dinner reception in the elegant dining room. After dinner the cutting of the cake could’t come without fireworks, music and dancing. I hope these pics will convey some of the beauty and joy of that lovely wedding day.
