There is the city of Rome with its incredible charm and beauty. It’s the city of “La dole Vita” and of the Paparazzi….in this case Carlo & Angelo!  Here are some candid photos set in the unique scenario of the Eternal City. It’s especially in these occasions that I enjoy and appreciate reportage photography. It captures the beauty of the moment as it naturally happens set into its context and it all adds so much to the “aesthetics” of a wedding. The wedding reception took place at the Hotel Hassler Roma, at the top of Rome’s famous Spanish Steps.  It was set in 6th floor panoramic Imàgo restaurant, with its breathtaking veiw over the city. Dinner at the Imàgo is an event in itself. From the wide windows you can see  the main monuments and cupolas of the city such as the church of Santa Maria Maggiore, San Giovanni in Laterano, the Quirinale,  the Campidoglio (Capitol Hill) and monument to Victor Emmanuel II, Palazzo Venezia, the Pantheon, the obelisk and Trinità dei Monti Church, Villa Medici and the Borghese gardens.   A wedding in Rome is a memorable experience.
